EUROPEAN TOURS

A downpayment is required

For single room there is an additional fee, please ask.

We make hotel and local guide reservations in advance.
Enrollment for the journey requires a non refundable $250 deposit
not later than 10 weeks in advance.

The deposit check for the US-School journey is $250 per participant.
(On top of that comes $100 deposit per participant concerning the airfare, if we arrange the tickets.)
Payment to the airliner is done by the school, because, most airliners charge more if payment is made by an European bank or creditcard. Our American office may assist in negotiate the airfare. Subsequently the school does the payment and receives the tickets!

Credit card processing costs are not included in the tour price,
but may be possible through PayPal. Contact us first please for the rate.

Cancelation costs (within 4 weeks before departure) will be based on the actual costs we made and in general are at least the fees for the hotels.

Our Holocaust tours journey prefers to take place with a minimum of 35 participants.

Our insurance covers liabilites are in accordance with European law, paying less than usual in the USA. Therefore, please, take out additional travel insurance.

PASSPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS (IF ANY) ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANTS

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months following completion of the tour. We advise to make some copies, at least one copy in the luggage and one copy for us to save.
US citizens do not need visas for the countries visited.

If the website form is used to make a reservation for
more than one person you may fill out one form and
add the names of those who accompany you.
If you are travelling alone and wish to share a room,
we will attempt to help you arrange that.
